After 20 years in leadership roles and successfully contributing to the growth of various organizations in Aruba in the field of hospitality and media, the step to the Managing Directors position with the market leader in recruitment, Tempo Aruba, was a fun and refreshing choice.
After 5 years in this position, Sigrid can still say that every day is a pleasure to work for this great company. During her long career as a Managing Director, one goal was always very important: employee satisfaction and building strong teams. Establishing positive collaboration between talented people has always been the key to success in her career. Sairo has experience in many different roles within his 17 years working for Tempo. The latest roll he took upon himself, is the role of Payroll master. He is doing this very well.
